Directions to Our Office

Our Main Office is located in Moorefield, WV. From I-66 take Exit 1A. Follow I-81 South 4 miles to Exit 296. Follow Rts. 55 & 48 West for 48 miles to Moorefield. At stoplight, turn left and continue through town on Rt. 55 West (this is also Main Street). Classic Properties is the tenth house on right after crossing the "Del" Hester Bridge.
This beautiful and peaceful area is just a short trip from many of the busy metropolitan areas.
From the Washington, D.C. Area- The Potomac Highlands of WV are just 2.5 hours to the west. Take I-66 West to Exit 1A. Travel on I-81 South to Exit 296 and right onto Rt. 55 & 48 West for 48 miles and you will find yourself in Moorefield.
From the Pittsburgh Area- The trip is less than 4 hours through beautiful scenery. Take I-76 East toward Harrisburg. Take US-219 South to I-68 East toward Cumberland. Turn Right on US-220 South and you will arrive in Moorefield.
From Balitmore, MD Area- It's just a little over 3 hours from the Baltimore Area to the Potomac Highlands. Travel on I-95 South to I-495 West. Take Exit 49 to I-66 West. Take I-81 South to Exit 296. Take Rts. 55 & 48 West for 48 miles into Moorefield.
From Elkins, WV- The trip from Elkins to Moorefield is just 2 hours. Travel on US-33 West to WV-55 North. Take US-220 right into the middle of Moorefield.
